Your tasks in this position are:

✅ Collaborate with sales teams, and sales leaders to assess, analyze and develop sales competency improvement programs

✅ Performing the onboarding training, sales processes and methodology, and sales enablement

✅ Analyze and/or evaluate the effectiveness of sales training programs/initiatives to determine whether they meet the organization's expectations

✅ Support development and communication efforts within sales teams to support new product introductions, system/tool/process awareness, etc.

✅ Participate and contribute in all T3 (Train-the-Trainer) sessions as required and complete all necessary certifications in a timely manner

Our requirements:

👍 Fluent command of English and German-must have!

👍 Minimum 2 years of sales experience- must have

👍 IT themes knowledge

👍 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

👍 Availability to work Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Optional:

👍 Knowledge of Salesforce.com

👍 Coaching experience
