Sales manager

Employment Type: Full-time, on-site.

 

Tasks:

Development of the company on the Western European market. Acquiring new customers, selling and pricing rates. Performing a representative function for the company, meeting with clients and participating in specialized events.

 

Key tasks:

  • Development of the main industries Europe Far East, Europe  USA
  • Meetings, conferences, EXPO
  • Attracting the maximum number of customers and quality leads to the company (It is necessary to carry out sales to a cold lead base, as well as active and passive search for clients)
  • Meet your monthly sales profit goals

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in selling transport services (logistics)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends and prepare reports.
  • Knowledge of MS Office/CRM
  • Motivated and resultsoriented

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, transportation or related field.
  • Fluent knowledge of English and Polish (Russian or Ukrainian will be an additional advantage)
