We are growing our superstar Key Accounts Management team in Poland and we’re looking for exceptional Key Account Manager to join Too Good To Go in Warsaw. 

Key Account Manager

 

Your mission:

Reporting directly to the Head of Key Accounts in Warsaw you will play a pivotal role in the growth of Too Good To Go in Poland and the fight against food waste by driving acquisition and developing key partnerships with food businesses such as supermarkets, bakeries, restaurant chains, take-aways and hotels.

 

The key account manager role will include:

  • Paving the path for Too Good To Go in the Polish market, with a primary focus on winning new business leads. You will build a portfolio of key accounts from scratch by demonstrating the value that Too Good To Go can bring to each business. You will have a pivotal role from acquisition to development of key partnerships within the retailers and HORECA segment. 
  • Sole account management for key chains from lead generation to roll-out.
  • Autonomy in managing your own portfolio and ensuring the relationship is strong and business KPIs are met.
  • Finding new business and opportunities and mapping accounts organizational hierarchy to create an account stakeholder matrix and planning guide.
  • Pitching to new retailers; creating and delivering high quality and professional presentations to potential new customers, and confidently speaking about the business and food waste proposition.
  • Winning new businesses and growing existing accounts to achieve business targets set. Proving the business case with pilots and working with the client to define success metrics with the objective of rolling out.
  • Onboarding and training of new stores in an efficient and scalable way, working with store-level contacts and senior stakeholders.
  • Identifying new and innovative opportunities to improve existing accounts to help them save more meals.
  • Assisting with international cooperation across global key chain opportunities directly impacting the Polish strategy.

 

 Requirements:

  • Relevant, documented experience in Key Account Management/ B2B Business Development. Experience with large retailers or  FMCG companies is an advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in Polish and English.
  • Ability to speak to stakeholders across an organization, with clear and direct communication, listening to the needs of the department and acting accordingly.    
  • Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail and natural ability to successfully prioritize your workload. 
  • Project Management skills: able to create implementation plans for large roll-outs across complex organizations.
  • You possess excellent commercial acumen and confidently take the lead on key negotiations. 
  • A sharer by nature, who is excited to work cross-functionally to identify best practices in order to develop creative strategies to win key accounts. 
  • You are a fast learner and can handle working in a busy environment with many moving parts.
  • An approachable & positive team player whilst being independent, efficient and able to schedule your own time.
  • A true passion for sustainability and fighting food waste is a MUST.
