As a Key Account Manager at OSW, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, acquiring new customers, and working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver customized solar solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Playing an integral role in new business strategies and being responsible for the successful onboarding of new clients.
- Responsible for developing and achieving sales KPIs which include sales revenue target, number of active customers and number of new customers etc.
- Strong focus on generating new business and onboarding new customers to maximize sales and consistent growth through phone calls and emails.
- Maintaining regular contact with prospects and customer contacts.
- Onboarding, tracking and updating leads daily via CRM.
- Establishing and building long-term business relationships resulting in completed sales.
- Identifying the needs of potential customers/clients
Duties
- Generate and nurture business relationships to increase revenue and profitability by meeting or exceeding sales goals within a designated region or portfolio.
- Identifying and engaging promising prospects using methods such as cold calling, networking and customer referrals to expand your customer base and drive new business.
- Building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with customers, ensuring excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans to manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring the retention of current business and identifying new opportunities within the portfolio.
- Develop and deliver tailored presentations to prospects and existing clients using a variety of presentation techniques to effectively communicate the value of the company's offering.
- Developing and maintaining excellent knowledge and understanding of the company, its offerings, competitors and the industry in order to inform business strategies and improve customer interactions.
